Kenwood cream maker - What does it do?

I have newly got my paws on a Kenwood Cream Maker A727, but I have no idea what it does:o . Can anyone tell me, please?

I also have one. Its ideal if you can't get you hands on any cream but have unsalted butter and milk to hand. Although it needs making the day before.
I had this wicked idea of buying cream making it into unsalted butter, using some of that and add milk and making even more cream to make more butter...sounds confusing...yep well i tried it total waste of time!!! The initial idea was to make the butter cheaper..via a long way round lol...and to make matters worse it didnt make any more butter than I had originally, although the cats didn't half like the buttermilk lol0
