Self employed - best mortgage?

This is our situation - would really appreciate any advance on which lenders/products to look at.
Husband earns £35k (same employer for 10yrs)
I am self employed. This year I will have earned about £40k profit. Last year I earned 10k profit. No employment prior due to beings a SAHM.
We are looking at properties around the 225k mark and have between a 20 and a 25 per cent deposit.
No other debts and perfect credit history. 3 children.

This should be possible, its not reliant on your income too much.
Its impossible to say whats the best mortgage as there is nowhere near enough info on here.
