Can anybody else not get the delivery to store option to work? Won't let me choose a date?!

Thank you very much, Im stocked up on cards for a few years now and enough tags for at least one Christmas!!

I managed to get the store delivery part to work.

Does anyone know if they ask for ID? Or will it be ok with just the paperwork?

They have always just asked details like email and home address when ive one pick up. I always get my fianc! to pick up because he works close by.

Sometimes I could not get the date to work - not sure but think its to do with some one placing the order for the last one just before me. I think the stock levels are constantly changing.

Just ordered some Christmas tags and flannels pick them from store on Thursday.

Thanks. Just ordered some kids slipper socks and a £4 dressing in size 2-3 years. Paid the postage what with the snow, petrol and parking. X

I would mail them your order number and say the items showed collect from store but something wrong with their system
