Remortgage for debt consoliadtion

Hi! I'm thinking of remortgaging from 75% ltv up to 80% to repay our credit cards, does anyone know if the Coventry will do this? I mean 80% remortgage for debt consolidation- I went into my bank Santander, and they only do up to 75% for debt consolidation. Coventry have a good fixed rate at 2.99% so that is why I'm considering goiong to them. Thanks

Have you rung Coventry and asked?0
-
yes I have rung them, there was a wait of at least 40 minutes, so I thought I'd see if anyone had an idea. If not I will ring back and wait or try tomorrow.0

The best rates may be unavailable if the purpose of equity release is debt consolidation.0
