Forgive me Martin for I have sinned.....
... and so begins to new weekly 'confess your DFW sins' thread... a place to repent your splurges and non DFW activities during the week... I'll begin...
My sins this week:
1. Going over budget at the Cradle gig, using debt account money to spend £40 more than we planned...
2. DH drove the car to work EVERY DAY this week...
3. I didn't cancel my dotty p's card after paying it off..
4. Spent nearly all of my personal spending budget on a blow up playhouse for Ashli.

Oh what a great idea!
This week I have:
-Paid for a taxi for a journey I could have easily walked
-Given in to my craving for Burger King onion rings when I could have cooked some at home much cheaper
-Bought a not-even-remotely-needed Buzz Quiz game for our ageing Playstation2 (it was in the sale, but still.....)
I'm sure there's more but I can't think off the top of my head"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I had the 'what's the hell it's only money' thoughts and I bought 4 french connection dresses from ebay, ok they were a steal but it was still money I didn't NEED to spend.:A

Can you not write a letter instead? I know sometimes I prefer that to actually talking to someoneBut then you have to post it (and probably recorded delivery knowing what companies are like  ) so that's not so good.

I have been far too naughty, spending money on rubbish I didnt need/want (excpet todays KFC:drool: ) Also spent money online I shouldnt have done. Also didnt budget for mums b'day.
On a more positive note, I have opened a A&L account for my everyday spending so the above cant happen again (if it aint there, i cant spend it)No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

I have overspent on this week's food budget byt £8.99. I did underspend last week's budget by £25.23 so it's going to have to come out of that.
Need to be UBER self controlled for the rest of the week...*** PROPHECY_GRRL****** DEBT FREE AS OF 17/10/11 - I DID IT!!! ***0
