Hi
My 65th birthday will be on 3rd April 2017. Will i be on the pension scheme as it is now, or on the new pension coming in 2017.

Changes usually come in on 5th April, so it looks like your pension will be determined exactly as it is now.
There is a table on this page of the HMRC website that uses 5th April for refund deadlines up to 2018 http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/pensionschemes/reclaim.htm
This website states the 6th April date as first day of new scheme. http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/pensions/article-2262872/The-winners-losers-great-state-pension-shake-up.html
You could try phoning the HMRC help line to get that confirmed..0
