Hi,
I have not been able to file my self assessment tax return for above years, neither did I got any letter from HMRC for filing my returns.
I want to know how can I correct this and pay the tax back, the amount is not much it may be <100 GBP for taxes. I did got some dividend { < 500 GBP }in 09/10 for which I need to pay tax for high income tax rate.
Any advice, contacted Tax accountant and they are charging £180 per tax year.
regards,

Have you moved address? If you have not been getting reminders then usually HMRC don't require you to complete a return.
Most bank interest is paid net of tax so why do you think you owe it?Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

You need to contact HMRC directly to request the forms - however, based on the amounts involved you may not need to complete a tax return at all. The 07/08 year is out of date now so it may not be possible to correct that one. Give them a call on 0845 300 0627.0
