Things have changed!

Ive literally just been offered a job! :)

So in essence, rather than send off my bankruptcy form...I could go down the Trust deed way.....but that means I'll definitely keep my house....but I dont want my house! I wont be in arrears fir the mortgage till this month as that was a priority debt. But I dont want to keep it!! I've been trying to sell it for almost 7yrs!! (On & off) there is equity..but equity means nothibg when u cant sell or remortgage. Its too big, too old & has been a heavy weight.

Even if I continue with bankruptcy...I could still end up with the house & thats quite likely....given my record of trying to sell & auction....

ANYWAY... whats the process in handing back the keys? If I do go trust deed?
