    Check out the cycle rates, you will find they are worth more than you realise.
    However it is a shame that you are not a keep fit fanatic, I was hoping you were doing 20 miles a day.

    I am sure your visits to clients are recorded in the file dates of your lap top and the AA
    (to name but one) knows the distance from your home to the clients.
