Very quiet month for me too (just one win when previous months I was averaging three a week). I think someone mentioned that there are often many more new compers at the beginning of the year which tend to dwindle off in the following months.

unfortunately there will always be the lucky ones and the unlucky one, but i should imagine that those who have lots of wins put in a lot of effort. i feel for you, as i have had very little in wins this month too and i was manic with the advents (they took a lot of time and i hardly won anything except pringles) i was hoping for some wins to come through from that, but alas... no

I've not won anything either but I've not been able to enter as many as I'd like, I just can't keep up working full time etc.

I've been lucky and won 5 books since 1st jan through goodreads.com and ice hockey tickets through twitter, but other than that nothing. I shouldn't complain though, im glad ive won something.

I've not won anything yet even though I've entered over £1000 comps in the last 10 days.

I've been through the whole 200-odd pages of comps already and entered what I wanted.
Going to start entering some dailies as I run out of ones to enter on the main board.

I've had three wins so far this year - so that's two more than the entire year last year, so I don't think I ought to complain.

However, I am becoming more and more discerning as to what competitions I will enter. I won't do Rafflecopter, I don't do many Twitter ones nor Facebook ones. That, plus I am only entering competitions now for things I'd actually like, rather than just entering all and every competition I could find, I suspect will mean that I won't have many wins this year.

No matter - I will keep doing them for as long as I enjoy doing it. When it becomes a chore, then I will know it's time to step away for a while.

Me too, although I have had a couple of very small wins(shower gel and a moisturiser). I had a very quiet December too despite doing all the advents.

I think this is my worst spell since starting nearly 4 years ago:(

I keep telling myself a big win must be just around the corner, that's what keeps me going.

Me too - I have had 2 small wins of a red spotted hanky & ready to roll icing... lets hope the bad weather has had an effect on the post & something comes along soon x
