Hi,
Does anyone know what the procedure is if i have a secured loan on a property and then, say a 2 years later, i want to remortgage the property. Does the secured loan need to be paid off before i can get a remortgage? or will the remortgage company allow the secured loan to stay in place?

It depends on the lenders concerned and how much the secured loan it, how much your property is worth and how much you want to remortgage forI am a Mortgage Adviser
