Pension Release?

Am thinking of releasing money from my pension, any recommendations for a company to help me with this?

How old are you? If you are under 55 then none.

Unless you are over 55 and even then you could only access 25% of it, you cannot cash in a pension.

A pension is set up for your retirement, that's when you can get it.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Unless you are aged 55 or over then "releasing" money from your pension is unlawful. there are a number of scam companies out there that do this but HMRC will come after you after a couple of years.

  • I had been reading different things online, different people offering different things, it is difficult to read right from wrong on the internet these days.

Found some interesting things, stumbled across this competition, you can win £5000, I got a phone call a couple of days later and received some good information, heres hoping I win the money too!

Its simple really, HMRC rules do not allow it. There have never been so many scams and the global nature of these scams means regulators cant act in time and by the time they do something, the scam has moved on.

I have to agree. If you take these shysters up on their illegal offer (the tax man will be on to you in 3-4 years which is the average time scale to hit you with huge penalties plus ask you to pay back ALL the money) then you are criminally stupid.

hopefully (and I don't like it) you are just winding us up. Asking here, being told not to, then going ahead.:(
  • Hi,

For some reason am just not getting notifications when someone replies.

I am not stupid no, the people who rang said very similar things so that's good.

    Thank you for your help.
