Yodel have left it on the doorstep before , it wouldn't have stayed there long then , no card left but they don't always leave a card so will chase up to see what has happened to mine!

NOT IMPRESSED with Morrisons , just checked my order & there is NOTHING on the site , says ''no orders'' in my account BUT they have taken the ruddy money out of my bank account & literally just got told off by a cold , surly man on the phone at customer services who says none of the orders should have gone through & it was meant to be on a £30 spend but I told him I didn't realise that , but I DIDN'T realise!!!!!
Everyone else got their order so why didn't I get mine
I don't know where my money is now and nor do they as there is NO record of my order anywhere , no confirmation either but it did say order accepted on the day and like I said THEY HAVE MY MONEY NOW but they have to find out where it is and the man was SO unhelpful I should have just hung up and tried another CS assistant coz now his attitude has put me in a bad mood coz he kept saying the voucher code should not have been used anyway , in other words , I've got no right to complain!
He was purposely as unhelpful as he could be as soon as he realised I used the code.........
But they have my money , I have NO WINE , I have NO REFUND and am NOT a happy bunny about it at the moment
He said he will look into it and e-mail me back but I don't think he gives a **** about what has happened to my money as seems he thinks I deserve this as a ruddy PUNISHMENT ..... Well thanks Morrisons NOT - I will NEVER use them again , seriously!0
