    You are seeing the effects of lenders having and applying their lending criteria. This can be easily resolved be speaking to a whole of market mortgage broker, who would marry your circumstances with that of a lender.

    In my opinion this a case of affordability. Your new mortgage and income ratio is nearly four times joint income and this coupled with missed payments has frightened the lender off.

    You need to talk to a good whole of market mortgage broker to introduce you to lenders that will accept your circumstances.
