TheHut.com - trying to get refund

Hello

I have been trying to get refund from TheHut.com but i'm having no luck, and they won't answer emails. The order was canceled in the first place, but TheHut.com never cancel orders, they just send them out anyway. This company is like the worst company trading on the net.

They owe me for the following.

1, Postage for sending items back, which i have a email confirming they would refund.

2, They sent me a email stating they had refunded me for the order i sent back. I checked my card statement and they only refunded me 3rd of the money.

3, I bought a item and they charged me express delivery on top.

I would be grateful for any advice how to reclaim my money back.

Could i use a method by the name of chargeback on credit card ? if yes, how do you go about doing it?

  • i had a problem with the hut. they sent out a used item with half the stuff missing (was supposed to be new)

    I had trouble getting my money back - make sure you keep all emails and receipts of return etc.
