WARNING: We went to use the BOGOF offer this evening, bought 2 x £12.95 meal (thought we'd cane it!) and my daughters meal was £8.45. When we ordered I said, can we use the voucher for one of the 2 dearer items, "no problem" when we came to pay the manager came over and said it had to be the £8.45 meal. I replied that I knew it had to be the cheaper meal of 2, but as we had ordered 2 more expensive items, the offer should be applied to them. He retorted "is it worth the trouble for £4.50", to which I said "if its so trivial, why not just give me the discount!". Anyway, he voided the cheaper meal, did me 2 receipts and credited me the £12.95.
He said that if there are more than 2 meals and the third is far cheaper you should ask for 2 bills at the time of ordering.
Just to tip anybody off.0 -
Just thought I would post to bump this up the board a bit, the 2 for 1 offer expires this coming weekend
