Boots Essentials Lip Balm Small Grabbit

Options
Popped into Boots yesterday to grab some lip balms and found that the Essentials Lip Salve sticks (here) were on 2 for £1.50, but when I got to the till the SA said that they were also on a 3 for 2 at the moment making it 3 lip balms for £1.50, essentially half their usual price each :)

I got myself the peppermint, the strawberry and the tinted, and have to say they're quite nice after expecting to not really like the taste of them.

Looking at how Boots normally work it should then mean you could buy 6 and both offers kicking in means you would be only paying £1.50 - will try to get into town tomorrow to try this out xx

I suspect it would be 6 for £3 - buy 6, get 2 free, and of the remaining 4, each pair are 2 for £1.50. Sounds good to me!

tbh i don't know how much ts going to be - bit of a head spinner =

£1 each buy two for £1.50 =£4.50 for six

3 for 2 would = £3 so i guess you could well be right - but i don't know why but i worked it out cheaper earlier ????

some how i worked it out that as you had two pairs left the offer would kick in again making it £1.50 - i think lol xx

Thanks, I'll have a look for these instore tomorrow, what area are they usually in?

I much prefer these type to the ones you have to stick your fingers into!

Got my 2 x No. 7 vouchers to use too. Yipee. Boots withdrawal won't be kicking in for another few days!:j

Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!

Tried it today. 6 for £4 which in my opinion is a bit of a rip off. Looks like only the 3 4 2 went through.

Looks like it might only work when you buy 3 at a time.
