Kenwood Major - quick question if I may...

Options
I have a kenwood major which I absolutely LOVE, however, Whenever I mix anything in it, the mixture always gets caught on the blade and sides of the bowl and I always have to get my spatula in to get it off and also give it a good mix around. This doesn't appear to happen on the tv........ Is this normal - or do I need to be tinkering with it? Many thanks.
I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

Mine is ancient but doesnt do this. I think it can be adjusted, but are you sure you are putting enough mixture in? I'm thinking that maybe there is too little for the size of the beater and bowl? :)

Interesting point - cos it is a big bowl, but I made a traybake the other day and it happened, and it happens with a 2lb loaf tin mix - do I have to do double measures and freeze one for it to be able to cope?
