where is my 99+ years leashold agreement

Hello.
About 10 years ago I bought a flat eith a lease.
I cant find my lease agreement and am considering selling.
My orginal solicitor has since gone bust so I cant contact them.
Im wondering where I can find this paperwork...any ideas pls?

    If you don't have the details i.e. title, date etc and/or want to confirm all the relevant details for the leasehold property then you check online against your postal address and view/download a copy of the register for £3. If registered the register will confirm ownership and include details of the lease which caused the leasehold title to be registered.

    If you have the relevant details already, namely address, title number and date of the lease then you can apply for a copy of the lease (see our FAQ) for £23. If you do not have any records then it might be prudent to check the registered title and get a copy of the lease although any prospective buyer will do the same anyway. However in order to sell you are likely to need to share this information with your estate agent/conveyancer before a buyer can be found.
