Hello, just muddling through my books.
I know you can write off so much per sheet you print out. Considering for mystery shopping I have to print out so many its worth it! Is it 5p or something?

We go with 5p in our office, which can be surprisingly nice, especially as we're printing over a million sheets a year :eek:.
The other thing to do is claim all ink/paper going through a specific printer as the correct amount.

Much easier to keep the receipts for paper and ink - I would lose count of the sheets!!No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0
