Payplan.. the future

We have recently gone into an agreement with pay plan and currently paying out creditor a bit back at a time. what happens in the future as currently we will be dead and gone by the time they are all paid up. Does this mean we are in this till the end or is there a time when its finished.
PS I advise anyone that has any dealing with MBNA to get rid of them as they are the nastiest people I have ever has the misfortune to deal with
