6. Additional holiday conditions
(a) Prize must be taken by 30th July 2013. Dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the prize winners’ conduct once the prize is claimed by the winner.
(b) Winners are asked to provide two choices of departure at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
(c) All travel must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to the winners’ preferred departure via the Promoter’s travel agent.
(d) Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
(e) All travel is subject to the airlines standard terms and condition. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and not refunds are possible.
(f) Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
(g) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
(h) Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner fails to obtain the required travel documentation.
(i) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
(j) The prize winner is responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
(k) The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
(l) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
7. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification company, from all valid entries received by the closing date and to be conducted with 14 days of the closing date.
8. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw date. In the event that a winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.
