Don't know about rangemaster but have you thought about CDA, I've got this 1 and it's great.

I was looking at Rangemaster prices recently and their prices did seem to vary a lot. Comet, Currys and Dixons did have special online deals, not available in their stores. If you know which model you want you may be able to find a good price. Don't forget to go through Quidco and check for discount codes on this website.0

MFI sell Rangemaster and they used to advertise that they sell their (stocked)appliances cheaper than anyone else. I bought a Smeg range from MFI in November and it was certainly the cheapest supplier at the time.0

Have a look at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Secondtek. They sell graded items but honestly you can't tell the difference.
I bought a Baumatic range cooker for just over £500 which was selling at Empire Electrical Stores for just under a grand.
Hope this helps.0 -
This might be of some interest to you, as FLAVEL are in fact LEISURE. For years they traded as Flavel Leisure and for some unknown reason now they trade under different badges. They do however share the same offices still!

Lovely looking cooker for £4990 -
I've had this one about a year but got it reduced to £700 in the sale and it's lovely, only warning I'd give is check before you order that you get cast iron pan supports rather than enamel. I found we'd see the same model with big price variations and it's because they've changed the supports to enamel which just don't look the same. I'd have been disappointed to have such a lovely looking cooker with naff supports.Smokefree since 27-9-20070
