It used to be within a couple of days, but my last couple of cashouts were longer... over a week. You can try asking in the CBF shoutbox and see how long others are waiting at the moment.
I tried to do this but a box popped up to ask why i was advertising,no idea what that meant,so deleted my question.

hmmm, that happened to me once when I had a URL in my message, but I don't know why else it would do that.

Did you use the "Contact Us" button on the homepage? If so, maybe try the owner's direct email instead:

As you've been waiting under a week and someone has already said they waited over a week why wouldn't it be genuine? Lots of people here have said they have been paid so just because your e-mail is being answered right now is no reason to believe it isn't a genuine site that pays out - when it clearly does.

Perhaps just be patient, as it is the weekend it is unlikely you will get it until next week now , likewise with a reply.

My message isn't meant to be harsh but sometimes you just have to be a little patient.

Calm down, its a small site, you will get paid, I cashed out again yesterday and expect to wait 7 to 10 days. Some sites can take weeks!
