Hi All,
I'm sure I have asked this before but my memory isnt that good and I've not been well mentally. Can i just write to the court and include a cheque with the relivant info to request a discharge certificate, a couple of my debts on my creidt file aare insisting on a copy of the discahrge certificate, as I stuggle to get out of the house and I really dont want to make the trip to the court, although Im sure if it has to be in person my CPN would come with me.
Thanks

If you ring or email the court then they should be able to send you the form, which you can fill in and send back with the fee.
At least, that is what my local court did for someone I was helping a year or 2 ago, so imagine most will do the same.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
