Hi.
I currently have an NRAM together mortgage that had a secured loan and an unsecured loan.
Luckily my parents have offered to lend me the value of the unsecured part so I can move away from NRAM and try for a better deal.
I'm currently on NRAM's SVR of 4.78% which I would like to get down to around 4% with another lender if possible.
Does anyone know of any decent deals available for borrowers with an LTV of about 82%?
Thanks,
Rick

Under 85%, depending on your circumstances i think you can get it under 4%, possibly closer to 3.5%.
Unfortunately were (as in the advisors) are not allowed to make recommendations on the forum. If you were to do some research or go and see an advisor they should be able to get you something below 4%.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks for the reply.
I've spoken to the Co-op and they have quite a nice 5yr fixed at 3.79%
I just hope my house is still worth close to what I paid for it.0
