Using your Tesco £a5 off voucher?

Hi all, I have just seen this posted on HotUKDeals:

"All varieties of coke are on BOGOF at Tesco.By using the £15 Off £50 code in the vouchers section they can be got for a substantial discount.Add a total of 22 x 6 packs to your basket at a cost of £53.90.Enter the code for £15 ecoupon.I selected the cheapest delivery slot for my area which was £4.49 and the total comes to £43.39.The BOGOF is applied by the delivery driver which will bring it down to £16.50.This works out at 75p per 6 pack.


MOD ADDITION - this method works on all BOGOFS at Tesco, and it is not restricted to Coke products "


I have had a look and I cant see any thread on here about this, so I was just wondering if anyone had tried using their voucher in a smiliar way to listed above? Did it work? Also I dont understand the bit about the delivery driver takes off the BOGOF, does it mean like Asda taking off the multibuys at the end?

Apparantly this only works if you have been sent the email from Tesco giving the code out. If they haven't sent the email, you can't use it.

ALTHOUGH, if you have been sent the email, someone on HUKD says that you can forward the email to up to 10 other people and they will be able to use the code.

So if anybody has the email please can you forward it to me? I would be very grateful as my husband drinks LOADS of cola!!!

I got the email and bought my shopping online becasue of this. Got reciept from driver and said the voucher had not been taken off but got email from Tesco saying they would refund £15, i think that is what they were saying.

I used this method to buy some Grolsch Lager as the six packs of 300ml bottles are also on BOGOF. They are £6.94 each, so 8 packs makes £55.52 before the deduction. With the £15 off code accepted and delivery at £4.49, when the BOGOF kicks in, it should mean a final total of £17.25 for 48 bottles, which works out at 36p a bottle.

Incidentally, I was sent the £15 off email and haven't forwarded to anyone yet, so I if anyone is desperate, you can PM your email address and I will froward in on to you.
