Reclaiming phone call charges

Hi all,
I'm trying to get the cost of 3 calls on a premium number made to Smyths Toys in the run up to Christmas. I had to make the calls as a result of the item they delivered to me was broken, so I had to arrange a replacement delivery, and then chase up that delivery twice.
The cost of the calls in total was £6.48, which I know is not a lot but it was still a charge I should not have had to pay. I emailed Smyths Toys but they said they do not offer refunds and quoted me a lo-call number from their website. I did try this but it didn't work, and even has a message on the site saying they are having technical difficulties with it.
Do I have any way of claiming these charges back if they are refusing to do so, or is it just not worth it for a few quid?
Thankyou

You chose to make 3 calls on a premium rate number, its not reclaimable. You could of sent an email, a web enquiry or gone to a branch.0
