This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Alpro, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.

• To enter the competition participants have to upload a photo of their breakfast at their work desk to alpro.com/deskfest or via Twitter using the hashtag '#deskfest'. Consumers may enter as many times as they like however only one prize per email address or Twitter handle shall be accorded per day. A valid email address or Twitter handle is required to enter.
• The opening date for entries is Monday 14th January 2013 at 08:00 and the closing date for entries is Thursday 28th March 2013 at 23:00. Any submissions after the closing date will not be accepted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
• The main competition prize consists of return economy flights from London to New York, 3 nights' accommodation at the 4* Empire Hotel, a breakfast at the Loeb Boathouse, a Classic American Breakfast at the Good Stuff Diner and a Breakfast Buffet in Peacock Alley at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel plus £500 spending money. The prize must be redeemed by July 31st 2013.
• The runner up prize consists of one of 1,000 Alpro branded 'Keep Cups'.
• The judging for the New York prize will be made on 2nd April 2013. The winner will be judged independently from all valid entries received and will be notified via email within 28 days.
• The winners of the runner up prizes will be randomly selected each day and notified via email or Tweet dependent on their form of entry. The prize will be sent in the post to winners.
• Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winner, however if a response is not received within 7 days Alpro reserves the right to award another winner. Alpro's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• There is no cash alternative. The prize is subject to availability . If specific elements of the prize become unavailable, they may be amended at Alpro's sole discretion for elements of an equivalent value.
