What is it for, like a thank you? How much are you wanting to spend and is it something to keep or do, ie a weekend away?
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

It's more a token present type thing, something to keep, as we are on a tight budget and both our parents are aware of this! It''s as a thank you for all their help and support, i wish we could do more for them both but we just dont have the money :(

  • what about making sure you get a photo with each on the day and then giving them a nice (but not expensive) frame on the day with an IOU for the photo still to come?

I have actually seen a lovely silver frame that can be personally engraved that I have my eye on for for MOB and MOG but hadn't thought of the IOU bit so thank you for the idea I may well go with this!

FOG is really tricky tho he is so hard to buy for normally lol

Could you 'cheat' and buy them a frame to share? So it's a for a nice pic of you and your husband plus his parents? Or if they aren't together then you can do a pic with each 'family' .... Even a grumpy ole never been soppy in his life dad would want a pic of his sons wedding day on display :-)
