My husband has a small monthly pension payed into our joint Santander account, he has not declared bankruptcy only myself. Today he needed this pension money to pay a phone bill so the money was taken out will I be in trouble with the OR as my husbands pension money was removed. I worried sick now that I will have a problem with the OR.:eek:

I spoke to the OR,s office this morning and yes it's okay but they have advised me to take my name off the joint account I hold with my husband.Lost in space🚀0
