Yes it is, its been proven as toxic and a cause of cancer, especially lung cancer. Talc acts in a similar way to asbestos, its lands in the lungs by inhalation and causes cell structure damage leading to cancer. I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole and it should be kept away from groins especially on women and babies (cervical cancer!) and away from dusting on the body as the lungs will ingest particles. Stay away.0
