Frozen bank accounts

Natwest have frozen my bank account they have informed that once they receive written confirmation from the OR it will be unfrozen, however the savings account I have with them have not been frozen is this normal? I don't have any money in the savings account. :(

  • I dont know anything about your other threads but Natwest are known to offset any money you have in the savings account and use it towards an overdraft or credit card you have outstanding with the RBS Group. Is this the case with you?
