OR Paperwork

Hi MSE,

I have just had my post BR paperwork from the IS office. On the things on the list of things to send back to them in the big white envelope are 'Bank & Credit cards still held', Does that include my current, in use, Coop cashminder debit card?

Muchly thank you very.;)

If the OR is allowing to to continue using that account, or you are going to request that they do so, then no it doesn't.

If the cashminder account is your only account then i would ring and ask. It should be an account with no credit facilities attached.

Cant think that i had to send our cards to them, but if you do i would cut them in half before sending. All of them should have been stopped by now anyway.

  • Cheers guys,

I just remembered that when the examiner caller just after BR she said she had no interest in my Coop account and that I could carry on using it as normal - with Coops permission, of course.

  • Ooohhhh, a bit worried now. My paperwork has to be in by the 16th. It only arrived today!:p

Also, I'm worried in that I can't find quite a bit of paperwork to do with loans and financial agreements. Most of them were taken out years ago. I think I shredded them along with my bank statements last year some time:eek:.

There's a couple of pay-checks I can't find as well and there's no way I can download old Barclays staments from their site because they froze my account after defaulting!

I don't think the OR is going to be very impressed in my telephone interview on Thursday!:(

Just add a note to say what you can't find.

It won't be a problem. A lot of people have virtually no paperwork. The OR is used to it and, if it's really needed (unlikely) will approach creditors for it.

    Thanks, fermi.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me lately. worried about this, worried about that! I'm usually 007-esque with my calmness:p

Had a bit of good news today though. I contacted my case examiner and asked if she would include two lots of council tax in the expenditure (have to pay council text on the property I'm surrendering until Nram sell it). she said yep, no problem:D
