I signed up for this thinking i would be able to get an appointment and just go to it, but some lady rang me up and said that if i wanted to go i would need to see a nurse [for free, she stressed], but then went 'we have to take a £25 deposit as a security incase you do not come'. What the hell?! £25 'just in case i don't turn up'. She said i would get it back, but I really don't trust people when they say stuff like that. I'm a student and I dont have £25 to easily give away as a deposit for some skin appointment!

I did this recently, though through a local web link and I have to say, it was well worth it. Had my skin analysed and it showed Sun Damage (my face was a mass of freckles with the special photo they took!) Dehydration, wrinkles and (gross) bacteria. Although I didn't have to pay a deposit. I really would recommend it if you get your money back. I was there about 40 minutes too. Well worth it but quite shocking results - 2 litres of water a day and factor 30 for me from now on! Maz
