Another state pension question

I work part time and earn less than a £100 per week, I do not claim benefits with the exception of child benefit (children 14 and 15).
I have requested a statement, but as I have only worked part time for many years I know I'm going to be short.
I don't understand the pension system, and I read somewhere I can top up my NI contributions using my husbands NI, is this correct and how do I do this.
I am many years off the retirement age, but plan to remain in current job and on current hours until then (only another 24 years!). I do have a company pension. (Not worth much on my rate of pay and hours).
The state pension calculator said I'm 19 years short. How do I make this up without leaving my current job (no chance of more hours or pay, local government).
