Hi I have a garbage credit rating with missed payments and a couple of payment plans along with other bits no ccjs me and my partner are having a child my 1st her 3rd she is not working. My parents were going to get us on the property ladder in his name and pay them back to eventually buy the property off them when I rebuilt my rating in 10 15 yrs. but this fell through as he couldn't get mortgage as he lives abroad. He was going to put the Spanish house And the house in uk against the mortgage but has been told now that's not possible so we are now having to rent. What I want to know is, is there any way that I could possible get a mortgage a where for a house that's worth 100k with a 30k deposit with my credit rating. I hope this all makes sense sort of ish haha. Any advice would be lovely. Thanks Paul. Ps I work and earn 28k a yr

To be honest your post doesnt make much sense.

I took from it your looking to purchase for £100k and you have a £30k deposit. Something to do with parents, a Spanish property and all sorts of other things lol - i have no idea...

Presuming your purchasing for £100k and you have a £30k deposit, then you have a decent chance. Get copies of your credit reports and go and see a mortgage broker. Depending on how bad it is you might be able to get a mortgage.
