Uh ohh.....please not more snow!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21004656

George Osbourne threatened to duff up John Kettley and give him "a damn good thrashing" today after the announcement of a cold snap coming to the UK.

The forecast of snow for the UK was met with panic by the Treasury which they feel is going to put a lid on the forecoming economic boom.

However on a positive note some MSE'ers were quoted as saying "a couple of white flakes ain't gonna put the brakes on the UK's economic surge, think of all the hats, gloves and scarves we'll be able to sell and we'll sell loads more salt. Boom times ahead"

His last signature update was the removal of the tag line "Google $500 Silver" :rotfl:

    What a muppet.
  • Halifax..........: Dec +1.3% (MoM) +2.3% (YoY)
Nationwide....: Dec -0.1% (MoM) -1.0% (YoY)
Land Registry.: Dec +0.3% (MoM) +0.9% (YoY)

Doesn't have quite the same impact when you update them.... ;)

    I googled it.

    It said.....

"If you bought silver thinking it would go to $500, then...."

Snow could be the cause of a triple dip recession...
Heavy snowfall expected over the weekend could be the "tipping point" for an economy teetering on the edge of a triple-dip recession, a leading economist warned today.
