Payday loan "loophole"

She sounds dumb enough to be a lawyer herself.....0

A loud mouth work colleague is boasting that she has had 6 payday loans and shes not paid anything back as her "lawyer mate got them written off"
Is she talking rubbish or is this the new "Wipe off your credit card balance" sort of scam? Or (More than likely) she wanting lots of red on her credit file?
Did she actually say her lawyer found a legal loophole??, if so, I'd be very interested to know what the details of that loophole her lawyer found is, presuming she is telling the truth which I very much doubt but if she is telling the truth then she should be able to explain, can you find out from her??, I mean, I'm sure we'd all like to be informed, I know I would!:D0 -

You can steal money from anywhere, churches, kids on their way to school, take your pick. You don't need to borrow from payday loan companies to steal.0 -
