Prize still not turned up

Hi i'm so disappointed, i've been comping for nearly two years with only a few wins & then at the beginning of December i won a bracelet which i was really hoping to win from a comp which i entered in November.
I left it for a little longer than 28 days because of Christmas delays with the post & then emailed the company to see if my prize had been sent out. They replied to say that it had been sent out & then a few days later i received another email asking for my address again so that they could send out another bracelet. This was last Wednesday & i still haven't received it :(How long should i wait before getting back in touch? I feel a bit embarrassed having to email them about it!

I think you should wait and in a week ask how they are sending it. It's a bit odd that after the first one didn't turn up (if sent) they didn't send it recorded delivery.

What competition was it? x

can you call them? or check if in twitter, ask via there.. bad publicity does wonders!

I'll leave it until Thursday so that another 7 days have passed & then i'll get back in touch. I did contact them via Facebook last week & it did prompt a quick email response so maybe i'll try that again if i get no joy!

I won a major prize in a competition in December. I enquired today when I should expect it and was told it already had been sent out. I'm in the house every day as I'm disabled, so I had to email them so they could check its whereabouts.

I'm in the same boat waiting for a necklace I won in November. We have exchanged a few e-mails and at first they said it had been sent out. It didn't turn up so they said they will have to send out another but it still has not arrived. Am starting to wonder if I am just being fobbed off! The necklace isn't worth all that much but it is starting to annoy me... I've sent them another e-mail so I'll see what they have to say...
