Lloyds TSB Credit Report Marking

Hi everyone,
I have been sorting my credit report over the last 6 months, and my score is now a respectable 888. However, I'm having issue withs Lloyds...they won't mark the account as satisfied/settled until I pay the £199 overdraft off. Upon explaining that this amount was included in the BR, I was simply told 'we're not chasing for the money but if you want your account settled you have to pay the amount' is this true?! This wasn't the case with other accounts...what can I do now?!

The overdraft should have been included with the bankruptcy! Was it a planned overdraft? If it is then sometimes if it is an interest free portion of an overdraft they do not always include it!0

Then if they still refuse, make a complaint to the FOS and ICO.
(FOS complaint will cost the awkward sods £500
