Home Indigestion Remedy

Options
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
approx 1/2 inch of lukewarm water
splash of milk

mix all three together and throw back really quick as it tastes vile, but it really does work for trapped wind and indigestion.

Good if you're stuck with no other alternative in the house.

A tbsp of cider vinegar in a half tumbler of water will take care of wicked indigestion, as well. I used it when I was preggers and the doc said my blood pressure was getting too high from the salt in the bicarb.

I can vouch for the cider vinegar idea  :)

Adding a teaspoon of honey will make it more palatable!

Can you not add some cake flavouring to the Bicarb to make it more palatable?
