1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
approx 1/2 inch of lukewarm water
splash of milk
mix all three together and throw back really quick as it tastes vile, but it really does work for trapped wind and indigestion.
Good if you're stuck with no other alternative in the house.

you cant beat it I always have some strong coffee orsomething to knock back to take the taste away but by gum it hits the spot doesnt it
thats all rennies are bicarb of soda with a bit of peppermint to take the taste away so many peeeps think its the peppermint that makes your tum better as well when actually I recon it makes you worse, ever drank peppermint cordial??? ;D0 -

A tbsp of cider vinegar in a half tumbler of water will take care of wicked indigestion, as well. I used it when I was preggers and the doc said my blood pressure was getting too high from the salt in the bicarb.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
