I applied for this a while ago... my cat's no longer a kitten but i signed up using a recent date for my cats birth and gave the pouches to the local RSPCA shelter who were VERY grateful. I also did the same for my mums address so i think we ended up giving them around 10 packets. It might not seem a lot but it all helps as they dont get any govt funding.

No idea! Applied weeks and weeks ago as one of my daughter's friends has a kitten and I've had recieved zilch.
