Hi all
Just wanted to hear peoples thoughts about my mortgage deal.
deposit 30k
purchase price 152,000
borrowing 122,000
fixed rate 5.34 for two years. Arragement fee 399
repayments 680.00 per month.
Also on my key facts document it says
1 payment at a fixed rate of 5.34 which inludes inital interest is 996.36 ? whats that about ?

could be the first payment assuming your mortgage completes on the 15th of the previous month. so your first payment covers 1.5 months interest.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
