Got kitchen towel instead of napkins as half price in Wilkos. But thanks for the heads up. I am thinking I will need cakes to put candles on for the kids to sing to my boys but they wont be cut and sent out - we can scoff those.
  • Can't offer much input but when I worked in a kids play centre we always did cheese spread for kids sandwiches rather than slices cheese as they were more likely to eat it and the filling didn't fall out - no need for butter either!

I recently did party food, not quite for 60 but I did:
Home made pizza (sliced crusty bread toast one side, coved the other with Tom pur!e, sprinkle of oregano, cheese and grilled)
Veg sticks (cucumber, carrots and tomatoes)
I bought some very cheap plastic cups for jelly but you could add grapes, fruit segments etc.
    Crisps.
The pizza went down well by parents and kids and no mess, cheaper than sandwiches as only one slice of bread is needed. I did other sandwiches too, peanut butter, ham, Philly.
