Comping from abroad on Hols

Does anyone know if members of HM Forces are allowed to enter from abroad with a BFPO address or would they have to use their UK resident address.

Also,would the fact that they have a non uk IP address bar them from entering online comps,the same as if you were working away on business or holiday and entered.

You would probably need to check the Terms of each comp to be certain. I know that I couldn't enter from work because my Company was Bi-National and our IP showed up as French.

Don't know about HM forces and BFPO address but I spend part of the year in Greece and still enter comps with my UK address and have had wins. I have only encountered a couple of comps which have recognised I am not in the UK and haven't been able to enter. hth

I tried comping when I was based abroad using my UK mailing address (although BFPO addresses are technically Uk addresses, many people don't recognise that fact, so I thought using a normal address would be easier!), the biggest problem was being blocked by many of the sites because of having a German IP address!
I left it after a few weeks and waited until we came back to UK.
