Self Assessment - Pension Questions

Hi There
I'm currently working through my first self-assessment for tax period 2011/2012 - didn't make much profit, but think it's a a good learning experience.
I'm stumped by the following question:
'Payments to registered pension schemes where basic rate tax relief will be claimed by your pension provider (called 'relief at source'). Enter the payments and basic rate tax:'
Even after reading the HMRC explantion, I still don't have the answer. I've got my pension statement in front of me for 2012.
The summary of pension payments for 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012 is:
contributions you made: £369.24
basic tax relief on your contributions: £92.28
contracted out contributions (inc. tax relief): £2188.47
Total: £2649.99
Could someone please help me work out the amount I need to enter for this part of the self assessment.
Many Thanks

You enter the total of your contributions - £369.24 plus the tax relief - £92.28 which is £461.52.
You ignore the contracted out contributions.0
