I need help after Bankruptcy

Hi All,
I have now been bankrupt for the last 4 1/2 years and still cannot get my credit score up. I have noticed that I still have 4 companies on my credit report who I have written too and all have stated that they will only remove them if I pay off my debt. Unfortunately I was £30k bankrupt and paid off ove 3 yrs £27k so I think I have paid my du.
I need to get back on the property ladder quickly and have a decent 30% deposit but no body will give me a mortgage.
I cannot even get a laptop with paying 90% deposit and getting the 10% over 12 months which worked out at £6 PCM.
I have noticed that after I had gone bankrupt a lender then gave me a CCJ.
I need help Please
Adee

Hi Adee and welcome to the BR board. Have you cleaned up your credit files? Please see Fermi's thread below.

It might be best for you to ring your Official Reciever and ask their advice on what to do about it, then if needed follow ferdi's advice in the link Ifwishes has given you. They can't just keep demanding payment if the debt was included in your bankruptcy (i'm pretty sure they can't even if it wasn't in the bankruptcy but occured before the date you were declared bankrupt); but like I said its probably best to speak to the OR they should still be able to help you even if it is 4 1/2 years after.0

I have tried to clean it up but the 4 lenders will not change my credit report to state that I have paid. They will not even remove.
I have been a member of equifax but after 3 years they didnt do anything especially after spending £350.
Is there anyone I can pay to sort this out for me as I just dont know what else to do.
thanks x0 -
Do you mean that? have you not been discharged?
I have been discharged for over 4 years I have 18 months before it is removed off my report.
When I was discharged for some reason Black Horse gave me a CCJ which I was already put through BK and the judge.
they will not take it off either after writing to them.
thanks

They don't have to change your credit report to say you have paid. or remove it.
They just have to make sure the default date is correct and it shows that the debt was settled or satisfied by the bankruptcy in some way.
Then eventually 6 years after your bankruptcy all the accounts should fall off your report of their own accord.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
