Quidco and hotel bookings in France

Hi

I have booked a couple of hotels in france with accorhotels using quidco. The quidco site says you get 6% cashback when you book the hotels which I have done with a credit card. I have only booked the hotel rooms with the credit card I have not actually paid for them as I intend to pay with cash when I get there to avoid overseas credit card charges. As i have not actually paid for the rooms yet I am assuming that I prob will not get cashback as the whole transaction was not completed on line. Can anyone enlighten me on this as the quidco site says that you only have to book the rooms.

Dont hold your breath. I have booked about 21 nights with Novotel through Quidco and as they were special deals, paid for them there and then. This was about 2 months ago. They have not even been tracked never mind me getting th 6%! Not impressed :mad:

When I booked a room at an IBIS in France through Quidco last year it didn't track through until after my stay at the hotel. Perhaps they wait to make sure that you turn up and pay first?
