    Thing's I can think of with the mince apart from you bolognese & chilli is cottage pie,mince & onion/veg pie, lasangna[sp?], home made burger's, savoury mince and yorkshire pud/jacket potatoe.
    The chicken,roast dinner, chicken & sweetcorn noodle soup, pie, chicken & pasta, moraccan chicken with rice.
    The sausage tend's to get done as sausage and mash or toad in the hole.
    hope it give's you some idea's, I'm also in a rut food wise but I'v given myself a monthly challange of cooking 1 new recipe a month, this month I'v done curried parsnip soup, normaly it would just get roasted as an extra veg.
